  • Fitness Supplements I Use – Vegan Diet

Fitness Supplements I Use – Vegan Diet

What’s good Cannon Movement Fam, I wanted to share the supplements I use daily to continue to achieve my Fitness Goals while adopting a plant based(Vegan pretty much) Diet.

I say pretty much because although I don’t intend to eat dairy.  It’s one of those things that you don’t realize is in A LOT of the things we eat or the things we use on an everyday basis.  So everyday I’m learning something new about the Vegan Diet.  There are plenty of different supplements that are vegan friendly the ones I reviewed are just what I have used personally and can speak to obviously.

Sidenote believe me when I say you aren’t alone in asking for a Vegan meal plan, I get an email about this at least once a week.  I want to make sure I’m proficient and understand through and through the diet and also make sure I can add variety into it.  So it’s a few elements I’m working on with that plan before I feel like it’s right to sell to the masses.  I’m working on it though which is the good news :)! Anyways stay tuned much more to come!

Highly effective ab workouts to strengthen your core

Benefits of Having a Strong Core

    • A strong core helps maintain good posture
Poor posture is often related to muscle imbalances, when the muscles of your lower back and abdomen do not have the same relative strength. When you sit at a desk for eight hours a day this tends to weaken abdominal, hip, pelvis, and back muscles. Individuals with weak core muscles tend to slouch a lot. Strong core muscles will help you stand and sit up straight, which strangers she will let and projects confidence.

    • A strong core lowers your risk of injury
Having a strong core increases the stability throughout your midsection, allowing you to bend and lift without straining your lower back muscles. The strong core also helps improve your balance, which as you get older will reduce your risk of falling.

Your core is just what it says the core of everything you do.  You never want to leave this out it should be a muscle group you hit 4 to 5 times a week.  It’s plenty of different ways you can work your core this is four you can do at home.

Leg workouts you can do at home

“Doing leg exercises at home is probably a lot easier than you realize. You don’t need a leg press machine or a stair climber, or a squat bar to fire up those lower-body muscles. All you need is your bodyweight, maybe a chair, and the motivation to put some burn in your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and inner thighs.”

Also these workouts are very valuable to really get your form down before you add weights or go to the gym.  Here is an example of some home leg workouts here.

Loosening up, stretching or practicing some movements you are about to do in your workouts such as lighter weight on a particular workout.
