Once you've downloaded this plan, inside you'll see a day by day routine and particular meals for the duration of the whole day. This is an outline and we understand that you may not do it exactly as scripted. That's okay. If you eat outside of it change somethings around, its okay. Just focus on sticking to the program generally to get the best results.
