Creating Simple Habits to burn more fat daily

Today I wanted to go over simple habits you can create to burn fat.

1) Stop taking shortcuts in your everyday life.

2) Drink water substitute it with what you normally drink once a day.

3) Eat breakfast, Something small will do.

4) Take baby steps towards fitness 5 mins a day just to get started.

Simply put burning more calories than you take in is how you burn fat. Most importantly it's the way you go about it that makes the biggest difference.
